30 Days Return Policy

For the first 30 days after you received the merchandise, you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges & import duty. Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts. Dansarosa reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn’t comply with the above mentioned requirements.

Refund Policy

Please allow 3-12 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund, we will refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
